Terms of Service

By creating an account or using the Ósk platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. These terms are governed by Icelandic law.

You agree to: - Provide accurate information during registration - Keep your password secure and not share your account - Use the platform only for lawful purposes - Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the platform - Respect vendor intellectual property (photos, descriptions, branding)

Ósk is a marketplace connecting buyers and vendors. When you place an order: - A contract forms between you and the vendor, not with Ósk - Ósk facilitates payment and delivery coordination - Prices are listed in Icelandic Króna (ISK) and include VAT where applicable - Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of placement if not yet fulfilled

Vendors agree to: - List only products they are authorised to sell - Fulfil orders within their stated delivery window - Provide accurate product descriptions and pricing - Handle returns and refunds per their stated policy - Not use Ósk to divert customers to off-platform transactions Ósk reserves the right to suspend or remove any vendor who violates these terms.

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Ósk does not store full card details. For vendor payouts, funds are transferred within 2 business days of confirmed delivery.

Wishlist event hosts are responsible for the accuracy of their listed items. Crowdfunding contributions are held in escrow and refunded in full if the funding goal is not met by the event date.

To the extent permitted by law, Ósk is not liable for: - Damage from products sold by third-party vendors - Delays outside our control (carrier, weather, customs) - Losses arising from account misuse or data breach caused by user negligence Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the order in question.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app notice with 14 days' notice. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Last updated: March 2026.
